Perfeito apartamento em localização excelente

Apartamento ENORME, bem decorado, móveis novos, super limpo, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, bom sistema de refrigeração, kit de amenidades no banheiro, cama confortável. A academia é enorme, 3 salões bem equipados para musculação e aeróbico, embora nas fotos apareça apenas um salão pequeno. O estacionamento gratuito é um diferencial. A vaga é grande, apenas necessário cuidado extra ao subir os andares, pois as curvas são estreitas. Você recebe todas as informações para check in por e-mail. No primeiro contato informam que é necessário uma linha de telefone americana para fazer o check in, mas existe um plano B se você não tiver (foi o meu caso e prontamente a concierge me ligou para explicar como eu acessaria o prédio). Ao chegar no prédio tem atendimento em uma recepção. Acessei o apartamento sem problema. Só tem um ponto negativo: há apenas uma chave eletrônica de acesso ao elevador, logo, se duas ou mais pessoas estiverem hospedadas, apenas uma delas terá como acessar o prédio, quem sair sem a chave dependerá do outro para acessar. O prédio fica a 300 do metrô gratuito, com farmácias e restaurantes próximos. Super recomendo!

Achei a localização ótima, ótimo apartamento como descrito nas fotos, muito limpo, vários utensílios de cozinha. Única observação é que se não falar inglês fica complicado falar com o proprietário. Um pouco burocrático a questão da caução. No demais excelente e recomendo, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar novamente.
