Cockroachs

This place has cockroachs. It's disgusting and ruined our experience. We also had to take precautions to avoid bringing them home. We say a cockroach crawling on the kitchen counter within minutes of entering. The front deck rep pretended to not understand when I verbally and in writing told her there were bugs. She then asked for me to show her. The bug guy advised he had 25 units to spray in that building which is why he didn't get there until the afternoon to spray. We killed bugs the entire stay. This place should not be rented. We couldn't relax and had to clean surfaces multiple times a day to avoid germs. Terrible trip.
