Charging $28 to park your car the room the worst part was the room was so cold. We had to have the guy come and try to shut the air off. It was stuck. The thermostat was broken. It was at full cold. They couldn’t fix it the guy thought he fixed it then two hours later he came back and it’s still freezing cold. We are ready to sleep in the car or at the pool, both of us were freezing all night long they couldn’t get it fixed and they didn’t have any more rooms. We were gonna check out to a different hotel. It was so bad

Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are fine. So overall I guess it was fine. But I’m really off put being charged $28 per night to park and $17 for a breakfast croissant. The latter was good but overpriced even by Miami standards. Then $4 for coffee and $4 for orange juice. Next time at least buy me dinner before you have your way with me!

Spent a week here although it is on the expensive side, the room was generally clean, though it could have used a bit of dusting nothing major. The staff was friendly, and this remains my top choice whenever I’m in Miami. The shuttle service could benefit from better timing and coordination.
