This spot was so cozy and close to Calle Ocho! Comfy bed and clean! Sergio provided us an easy check-in process and many recommendations for Little Havana. He also provided toothpaste, towels, shampoo/soap. It rained during the majority of our trip so we asked for additional towels and blankets. He responded promptly and gave us access to the storage closet, which was so easy and convenient! The bathroom/ shower would not fully dry because of water going everywhere and no ventilation, sometimes leaving a smell - it helped to keep the AC on all times.

I feel that the location was misrepresented. The room was located behind a house in a poorly lit area. I arrived at 1:30am from the plane and the location was not safe for a single female. Also the rooster and barking dog was annoying. Shower was not hot and water was a sprinkle. The comforter was spelled moldy. Sorry, this location is not what I had in mind. Only stayed one night and transferred to a hotel.

I loved staying in Little Havana! I felt safe as a single woman traveling alone in such a vibrant community. Street parking is free, but can be tricky depending on time of day. I parked anywhere from 2 houses down to 5 blocks away. The host was responsive, and the room was clean and cool.

Loved it here!

This spot is great! My friend and I stayed here for a few days and loved it. The location is perfect, in very close walking distance of Calle Ocho. Our host was very gracious, attentive to needs, and made great food and drink recommendations for us to check out. The backyard was lovely for relaxing, and the rental was extremely clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Clean

Easy enough, finding it was a bit confusing at first but walk around the other side and it's there. Very very clean and tidy. Shower completely floods the bathroom however when taking one. Do not leave anything on the floor when you shower. Beyond that it's a nice place, I would recommend to anyone. Little Havana is a short walk away. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy.

Nice place but has it flaws

The wifi signal is too low so it doesn't reach our rooms smart tv making it useless.The water tank of the toilet leaks inside the toilet so it refills itself every 2-3 minutes.One broken tile on the floor would flip on our feet when we stepped on it. And its in the passage so you can't realy avoid it.At one point it almost pinched my foot skin!The owner was alerted and sent a guy to check it out but he just reset the wifi ans thats it. Nothing was changed or fixed. So I had to use my own phones internet.And live with the toilet refilling itself every two-3 minutes everyday and every night.A floor squeegee for the bathroom would be a good idea since the bathroom floor is alway wet from a bad floor drainage. So i would wet my shorts whenever i sat on the toilet.The location is very nice! And this is an honnest review.I would come back again if theses problems are taken care of. e
