When we entered the lobby to check in, the front desk person was not there. Suddenly he came out of another room. As soon as he saw us, he acted like “oh my God again”!!!! We booked the room for 3 nights, but we only stayed there one night. The room was right by the highway and the windows were not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep the whole night, so we decided to cancel and get another place for us. When we checked out the next day, he didn’t ask how was the room or anything. He just took the key and that’s it. Also, just check the pictures on the Expedia don’t match what you will see inside…. Won’t be returning here again!

Building was very run down. Flooring in the room was full of cracks. The hot water was not working all weekend. Called for shuttle from airport and was told it doesn’t start running until 5pm. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.

Staff was Pleasant, however, did not tell us that there was not any hot water when we checked in and also knowing they were not getting the hot water fixed during our stay. The flooring in our room was horrible (no not carpet) we tripped over the uplifted flooring and cut my toe. The hotel was dirty as well. On a good note they did refund us without any hesitation.

Hotel is old and a little run down. Bedroom was very plain with old furniture. Mattress was horrible. Everything was very clean. Door had broken security latch. I was also charged for parking which is not listed anywhere Overall wasn’t a good choice.

First off I want to say the gentleman at the reception was incredible. Very kind, feiendly and helpful. But, the hotel was not great. Its old and run down, smells faintly of mold. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the floor from previous occupants. The phone wasnt working, in fact the cord couldnt even be plugged into the wall as the cord was cut. When we told the woman at the counter in the morning she "yep several rooms are like that". There is no airport shuttle despite being right near the airport. Was very much disappointed.
