Upon arrival, the room was in decent condition. They do not clean your room daily even with the option to “please service room” on the door. Clean towels had to be requested. A coffee machine with only 2 pods available and we were told that’s all they give you. When the toilet was broken there was nobody available to fix it, we were told it could be fixed the following day by an answering service which was no help at all - this was not only an inconvenience seeing as that’s a basic necessity but also a health hazard.

Unfortunately the king bed is horrible, so we did not have a good nights sleep. The bed creaks every time you move. Also, one of the hand towels had make up on it from a prior guest. We come to Miami every few months unfortunately we will have to find another place.
