I requested a mini refrigerator for my medicine, but it never came. The food from the restaurant was not edible, so alot of food(9 orders) was wasted unfortunately. But the staff who delivered the food was very nice. The crispy and clean linens were great. The shuttle service was very convenient. The interiors of the hotel and the room were very nice. I wish there were more restaurants near.

We like the EB Hotel chain because they are upscale modern hotels, usually they are decently priced depending on location, always very clean and well staffed, the only we didn’t like about EB Miami was the ridiculous prices at the bar and restaurant, $25 usd for breakfast and $10 for a beer is excessive!!!it’s because you don’t have options.

This is a fantastic hotel. My family loves staying here! Super clean, nice big rooms, amazing shower! Carpet in room is showing some stains but overall very clean. Great breakfast at hotel restaurant. Conveniently located to airport.
