My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room was infested with bed bugs, including behind the headboard, making it completely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in. After discovering them, I immediately contacted WeHost for assistance and waited several hours for a resolution, only to be told to remain in the same room and that they would simply refund my cleaning fee. Offering to refund a cleaning fee when the room itself is infested with bed bugs is completely unreasonable and does nothing to address the health and safety concerns. No guest should ever be expected to stay in a room with a bed bug infestation, especially after reporting it. The lack of urgency, poor customer service, and failure to provide alternative accommodations made an already stressful situation even worse. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until the infestation is properly addressed and customer service significantly improves.
