Decent place.

Overall property was decent. Could definitely use some attention. For the 300 pet fee we were expecting a little nicer and cleaner location. Most of the outlets in the house don’t work. We did find 1 that worked in the kitchen/living room area which allowed us to make coffee in the mornings so not horrible. Lights in the double bedroom don’t work. Bathrooms have some mold and damage issues around the base. For the price we paid it wasn’t a horrible deal. The location is little shady at night time but it is SoBe. I just wouldn’t let my wife go out in the street or to the car alone. The garage door was open most of the trip so we could have saved the 150 and just street parked. If we did decide to stay again we would definitely leave the dogs at home and self park which would have saved a good bit we were not expecting to pay. Overall a 6 out of 10.. At base price it would be a good deal for SoBe. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget trip.
