CLEANING:

HOUSE RULES:
•No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas. Fines up to $200 apply for violations.
•Maximum Number of Guests: The number of guests per unit is specified in your reservation. Exceeding this limit is prohibited.
•Noise Restrictions: Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
•No Events or Parties: Events and parties are not allowed inside the unit or common areas. Violations may incur fines up to $175.
•Toilet Use: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no feminine hygiene products, wipes, etc.) to avoid clogging pipes. Fines up to $150 may apply for violations.
•Unauthorized Late Check-Out: A $75 fee applies for unauthorized late check-outs, and a full-night charge will apply if you leave more than 2 hours past check-out time without prior authorization.
•Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of garbage in the designated trash room near the elevators. Fines up to $60 may apply for violations.
•Balcony Use: Do not leave balcony doors open for extended periods.
•Smoke Detectors: Do not tamper with smoke detectors. Any damage will result in a fine.
•Pool Towels: Pool towels are provided. Please return them to the designated area after use. Fine may apply for violation.
•Use of Household Items: Household items are for in-unit use only. Please do not take furniture or dishes outside the unit.
•Furniture & Bedding: Damages or stains on furniture or bedding will incur a fine, depending on the severity.
•TV System: Contact front desk if you experience issues with the TV. Do not move or adjust the HDMI cables; leave everything as found.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•Bathroom Supplies: Towels, a bath mat, a hairdryer, toilet paper rolls for your arrival, and toiletries will be provided upon arrival.
•Facility Updates: Elevator usage may be delayed during peak seasons.
•Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with a copy of their passport or ID before check-in.
•Common Area Surveillance: The building is under surveillance for your safety and security.

Please note that the pool may be closed for maintenance or repairs without prior notice.
