My stay was very disappointing. Upon entering the room there was a strong mildewy odor that did not go away. I discovered visible mold in the bathroom along the ceiling and shower area, which is a serious health concern. Because of the smell and condition, we avoided spending time in the room as much as possible. Additionally, the bed was in very poor condition — the middle of the mattress sank significantly, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The photos shown online were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the room in person. The actual space looked far more worn and poorly maintained than advertised. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned, maintained, or inspected before our stay. Due to the health concerns and misleading listing, I believe a full refund is warranted.

Place was excellent, only major factor, I like to unload all my clothing and I had my clean cloth delivered here. I placed it in the closet underneath the Ac unit. Or soaked all my clean from the laundry corn and sheets and dressed shirts. I spread some sheets around and continued my vacations. At check out no body wanted to hear it. Even though that was the main. Reason why we took a little Longer to pick up, separate and pack. I even left the living and bathroom clean of any trash: supervisor came but he did not understand me or didn’t care. I tried talking in Spanish and he just dismissed me. So that was unnecessarily rude. Otherwise it was a good stay.
