Very nice property. Rooms are large however after booking a room with a balcony I was informed my room would not have a balcony which was very disappointing. Pool is very nice, restaurants on property are delicious. Parking garage with Valet is nice and gives you peace of mind.

I am obsessed about this hotel. I don’t know where to start. The room was perfect. Super quiet and the laundry was amazing. Everything was high quality and spacious and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I loved it. The location was also fab. A quick walk to most places. 100\10 would stay here again. I loved it thanks so much to the amazing team.

My wife’s ALO bag disapeared after they clean our room, checked out earlier than planned after this happened but cannot get a refund for the last night. A few days later they paid us the value of the ALO bag and it’s content. Still very frustrating that they will not refund the last night that we didn’t sleep there because we didn’t want more stuff disapearing.

Service was great, view was amazing, restaurant was beautiful and good food, only negative was the elevators. On this tall of a building, you should have a set of elevators for the bottom half and a set for the top half of the building or even broken into 1/3’s.

great stay but elevators are slow.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the room. The only issue we had was how long it took to get an elevator ( sometimes 15 minutes) even though there are 5 elevators. If you could get 2 or 3 elevators to skip the first 25 floors and go 26 through 52 that would alleviate some of the problem.
