Room was outstanding. A full kitchen and stackable laundry made the trip so nice and the hotel has great service. Right near the port and Heat/Panthers stadium.

During our stay at the Gale Miami Hotel, there seems to be two blackout in rooms occupied by female guests and maintenance came to investigate the situation. The blackout was only in the rooms, the hallway nor were other rooms affected at the time, which raised serious concerns. maintenance entered the rooms after being advised to wait a minute. The issued was resolved later without the maintenance team entering the room.

Our lights went out two times and took maintenance over 15 mins to get to us. The pool closed at 7:30 and it's not as heck so why wouldn't it stayed open later??
