Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the Airport even after 3 calls! Eventually took an Uber to the Motel. Throughly disgusted as I chose this Motel for price and shuttle services!

We arrived late after long flight and was left with no shuttle service to hotel (main factor for booking) rang hotel 4 times to be told to wait at door 11, still no shuttle. After hour and half wait we had to get taxi. Hotel didnt answer phone after initial 4 times! Receptionist in a hoody, checking us in, pleasant but not interested in our wait for shuttle bus.

Ok when the airline messes up your return flight home. Close to airport. Shuttle only runs once an hour and stops at 10 pm and hard to get a taxi or Uber.

Staff nice. No lounge. Free breakfast did not have what was advertised. Room was surprisingly cold but no blankets just sheets. Had some snacks and beverages available for purchase which was nice. Serious issue of availability of free airport shuttle. Other hotels ran every 20 minutes through airport but this hotel only every hour and last shuttle at 10:15 and I almost missed cuz plane late.

I did not like the rooms becsuse they were loud and they did not have much room.Secound,I reslly liked the outdoor garden.It was very beautiful and comfy.Third, breakfast had good food but there were not a lot of choices.

Waited for the van for an hour and a half then just gave up and took an Uber. Basically the hotel is a low end dated hotel with some fresh paint. Absolutely wouldn’t bring my family here if I could avoid it. Some fast food places are around, but that’s it for food. Staff were actually very polite and helpful, so no issues there at all. Just an old hotel with very unreliable shuttle service. Kinda like paying $250 for a motel 6.
