Welcome to your home at the beach in Sunny Isles Beach! Our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, and accommodates 6 adults plus 1 baby/infant under the age of 3 (travel crib, stroller, and beach toys provided).

Step into a well-furnished, spacious living and dining area adorned with natural light and modern décor. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into our fully equipped kitchen complete with ample counter space, featuring all you need for your culinary experiences (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffeemaker, blender, and electric water kettle, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils).

Our bedrooms are ample and luminous. The master bedroom offers 2 king-size beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest, a comfortable working space, and a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, iron, board and drying rack, and a laundry caddy. It features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest and a wide closet with hangers. Our second bathroom has a standing shower.

Unwind in our balcony, which offers an outdoor table and 5 stackable chairs, and enjoy our incredible views of the ocean and the vast coastline (please note that our balcony is currently inaccessible due to façade restoration work - mainly painting - till first September week, 2025).

Enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the whole apartment.

Linens and towels are provided as well as a beach buggy with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, also beach/pool towels for every guest and a small cooler.

Additionally, the apartment has a newly designated covered parking space for one vehicle within the parking garage of the condo, located very close to the garage door and service elevator. Also, $20 valet parking for second car is available on premises.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room with washers and dryers on each floor located next to the main elevators and we provide a laundry card, which guests may recharge at the kiosk in the lobby.

The condominium has a fully equipped fitness center and a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool with gazebos, sunshades, and loungers. There is also a tennis court on premises for guest free use upon reservation at the front desk. Ping-pong and pool tables as well as vending machines are also available.

Additionally, on ground level there is a market/convenience store for last minute or forgotten items, a hairdressing/beauty salon, a box training gym with excellent coaching as well as a charming coffee shop with delicious homemade muffins, croissants, sandwiches, quiches, and salads.

Packages may be delivered to the lobby and guests will be required to pay $5/10 (depending on the size) upon pick-up. Remember to specify your name and unit number whenever you purchase online, for a better and quicker service.

Conveniently located, our apartment is a 3-minute walk from the beach, has very easy access to Aventura Mall where you can indulge in great shopping and culinary experiences. Both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport are a 35-minute drive. South Beach is only a 20-minute drive on Collins Ave.
