Three bedrooms, a fenced backyard with bistro lights and a BBQ, and a one-of-a-kind avocado tree with a wooden swing underneath it. Tucked into a quiet pocket minutes from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana. The kind of place that feels like home the moment you walk in. Come stay with us.

There`s a reason this place is a guest favorite. It`s not one big thing — it`s the accumulation of small things done right. The backyard with the avocado tree and the bistro lights. The kitchen that`s actually stocked. The sunroom that gives the group a little extra breathing room. The quiet street that lets you actually sleep. Guests come back. That`s the clearest signal we have that something is working here.

Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sunroom that converts — comfortably sleeping up to 8 people in a home that doesn`t feel cramped even when it`s full. Tucked into a residential pocket that sits right at the crossroads of some of Miami`s best neighborhoods without being in the middle of any of the noise.

The Backyard
This is what guests keep coming back to. A fully fenced private backyard with remote-controlled bistro lights that you can set from your phone, a BBQ grill and outdoor table that seats six comfortably, and the avocado tree — a proper mature tree with a wooden swing underneath it, wrapped in flowers, that guests always mention in their reviews and always photograph. During avocado season you can pick them right off the tree, which is the kind of detail that sounds small and somehow ends up being one of the things people remember most about a trip.

It`s a genuinely private space. The fence does its job, the landscaping fills in the gaps, and in the evenings with the bistro lights on it`s one of the nicest backyards in this part of Miami.

The Kitchen
Fully stocked and genuinely ready to cook in — not just technically capable of it. Drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and air fryer. A water filter on the sink. Wine glasses for the nights you stay in. The dining table seats all eight, which is rarer than it sounds in a three-bedroom rental. A dedicated 29-inch monitor and HDMI cable at the workspace for anyone who needs to get some work done without setting up at the kitchen counter.

The Little Extras
Smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. In-unit washer and dryer. Self check-in via smartlock — your code comes through 24 hours before arrival. Free parking for up to two cars on-site plus free street parking available. Pack-n-play on request for families with infants.

You`re welcome to bring them along — we`re glad you want to. There`s a one-time fee of $75 per pet settled before check-in. It`s a quiet residential street that sleeps well at night and has everything you`d want within ten minutes in any direction.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
