🌿 Other Things to Note
- The building management requires all guests aged 18 and over to provide a government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license or similar for U.S. guests and passport for international guests). Please send this to us and have your IDs ready to present at the front desk upon arrival.
- PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be open Saturdays and Sundays only. All amenities are subject to availability and may occasionally be closed at the discretion of building management. You may confirm availability with the front desk during your stay.
The building is undergoing hallway renovations, and some elevators may be occasionally unavailable. The balcony will be closed for approximately one year and construction noise may occur during working hours, Monday through Friday. Our price have already been discounted to reflect the inconvenience caused by ongoing construction. No further refunds or reimbursements will be provided.
🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know
A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.

Your Superhost Stacy is only a phone call away throughout your stay.
- All guests` names need to be registered 24 hours before arrival.
- All IDs need to be present at the front desk upon check-in.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels, and bedsheets with care. Any damages or permanent stains will be billed accordingly.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.
