To pay so much for the stay at Indigo the cleanliness of the room was not great. It’s was so much build up in the shower and the drain in the shower smelled like a backed up sewer and it had the whole room smelling like feces. It was read stains on the glass shower door as if it was blood, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall with splash of liquid on the wall. You can’t see clearly out of the window because it was full of dirt and cloudy. Ready to go to bed and it was stains on the sheets that was blood. Told front desk and they brought fresh everything. When housekeeping came to clean the room they didn’t change the bed they only remade it up. Then they charged me $40 a night for parking which was $120 for a vehicle I didn’t have. I called to see why I was charged extra for a vehicle I didn’t have since I caught a plain and had uber to drop me off. Accountant said they charge everyone so valet can be paid. I said that’s stupid if I don’t have a car for them to use their services. Bull****. Tried to pay for a soda they told me I couldn’t pay at the front desk because they don’t take payment at the the desk. So they charged the room and by the time I checked out the charged increase because they said they had to charge extra for having to charge to the room even when I tried paying at the desk. I will not book here again. I feel like they just take your money

Loved the convenience and how clean the hotel was inside the rooms, hallways and elevators compared to others I've stayed in Miami it was a beautiful stay. On the other hand, unfortunately hated the horrendous smell by the pool where the side drains are surrounding the water... they are desperately needing some maintenance. Kind of off putting when you're sitting by the pool and the stench is unbearable. But the view from the roof and everything else the hotel offered made up for it.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Really close to all the shopping and nightlife of Brickell. We had 3 rooms on this trip but for some reason 1 of the rooms didn’t get cleaned during our stay. This was after repeatedly asking reception and being told it would.
