Pros 1. The location is the best thing about this property. 2. Room was spacious but nothing fancy. 3. Support staff was very polite and helpful. Cons 1. The elevator for our building was not working properly. We had to call some one to operate the elevator when we wanted to go to our room. And it only went up. To come down we had to use the stairs in the side alley which was filthy. This was highly inconvenient. 2. I asked 15 extra mins at checkout time of 11:00 AM which they denied very rudely. 3. The front desk staff , specially the night manager was very rude. 4. The hand held shower was leaking. Overall I wish I could ask for refund for all the inconveniences.

No Transportation. Had to have Hotel Key Reconfigured each time I wanted in my room. I had extended my reservation due to Airport Inconveniences. And the Hotel Staff sold my Hotel room out from under me. Didn’t refund me either. I have a picture of the confirmation too. Stole all my property too. Along with The Supra too. But the Good Lord, will take care of them too!

Great Staff, Great View, Food is Great here. Servers are very nice and accommodating. Sometimes patience is needed because there’s others here too. There’s a few Hotties here too! All kidding to the side. This is a very nice place. Very Clean. Elevators work nicely too. Beach is very clean. This is a Family Oriemted Place. I have only one concern, as I’ve had everywhere else. And that’s the door security. Between rooms on joining rooms. And the Latch at Main Door. It’s easily bypassed too.

firstly there was no phone in our room which will explain a lot we wanted to stay on the 5th floor but the elevator only went one way-not both up and down in the reception elevator it said their certificate had expired the room keys-mostly never worked so each time this happened we had to go down to the reception to get a new key the tv rarely worked-3x they came up to fix it and each time we had to go down to the reception the receptionist told me if we ate breakfest at their restaurant we would get a 15% discount--the server wouldnt honor this the toilet ran continually-it was never fixed and each time we had to go to the reception their add said there was a gym-the gym was 5 blocks away-not convenient the safe didnt work-not convenient add all this up for $2K+for 3 nites-pathetic can expedia remburse us at all for something to justify this terrible experience? TU for listening, Paul

Booked it last minute. Spent one night with my wife. Nice clean large room and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Nice restaurant with great food out front on street front. Elevator didn’t work when we were leaving but other than that great experience.

Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great. The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel. But other than that, the rooms look as pictured and we would definitely stay again in the future!

I had booked a room at hotel ocean for one night 15 minutes before I get there I get a call saying the rooms were over booked but they booked me at another hotel named becan which was horrible the elevator didn’t work the carpet in the lobby was dirty the rooms didn’t have any wash rags the bathroom was horrible the shower head was leaking and the funny thing is this was supposed to be there sweet.luckily I only was staying for one night
