The staff was great to me. There was an issue with the heat and they moved me to another room immediately and even offered to move me to another property if I wanted. Superb and attentive customer service!

The building is older and a little dated. Our room was very clean. The customer service was the best we have ever had at a hotel. They messaged me in the morning to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. We requested an extra pillow and blanket. They delivered it to our room while we were out. They messaged to let us know when the additional items were delivered. Very nice location. It is situated 1 block away from a bunch of resturants. CVS & Walgreens located 2 blocks away. At night, it was so quiet. I would definitely stay again.
