Location was great. It was very confusing on check in at the front desk. I read all the other reviews on this space and beyond said it was great. Sadly our stay it was kinda dirty but I didn’t want to be rude to the host so we cleaned.

Perfect location, very clean apartment, just done up very well. I never used the amenities, but they are phenomenal. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I think the parking costs should be put on the VRBO advertising; but next time I won’t have a car, it’s not worth it down in Brickell.

Tout est vraiment parfait! Comme à la maison c’est beau c’est grand il y a du rangement il ne manque RIEN il y a même des essentiels qu’on a jamais. Très bien situé et communication facile et rapide. Sérieux je voyage énormément +-4 mois/année depuis des années! J’aurais passé un mois ici tellement c’était au delà de mes attentes pour le prix payé en plein festival Ultra. Martha était la pour s’assurer de notre satisfaction. L’accès à la piscine et au spa complet (sauna et bain de vapeur) sans frais. Il sont tout de même très strictes pour l’accès ne vous présentez pas sans vos pièces d’identité car vous devrez retourner! J’ai trouvé cela intense surtout qu’il impossible de circuler sans une clé d’accès. Valider les journées pour l’accès à la piscine il y a des rénovations.
