The overall experience was great. The front desk personnel was friendly and made the check quick and easy. The lobby was clean, bright and open. Very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. I like that the room had a refrig and micrwave. The bed was comfortable. The breaskfast was ok. I would have liked more food options. Would stay again!

The A/C didn't work in the room! I switched rooms and that A/C didn't work either!!! It blew out air but it was nowhere near cool enough. I lost a lot of sleep. I should get a refund or a free night stay at a different hotel.

The facility was clean and staff friendly. I used the weight room but was hoping they had lighter hands weights as well. The had a 15 pound then jumped to 25Ibs. Overall, nice stay and would go again.

I generally like the LaQuinta but this time, no. Free breakfast but i've noticed its been shrinking. Less choice, entrees are subpar. My shower was no hot water. I told the front desk, they said they'd look into it. Still nearly cold the next morning. Sink water was hot...call a plumber. Ants on my nightstand.

I sent an email before the cancellation date to confirm this and noone responded to me. Expedia clearly shows an image with a washer and dryer. My stay at LaQuinta West was 7 days and 6 nights. I took a trip to New york before Miami so I had to wash my clothes to reuse after a day in Miami but this was impossible but the problem is reception told us the were coming to do repairs so we were waiting. When I realised it wasnt being fixed, I asked if I would be refunded for the remaining days so I checkout and go to another hotel. Expedia indicated they couldnt reach the hotel but I would get a response in 72 hrs, which I never did. I ended up having to lose one day from my trip to go buy clean underwear and clothes for a family of 4 and an additional luggage to carry these. Used up my credit card limit on these things that I didnt plan to buy so couldnt buy the things I had planned to on my actual shopping day. I am hugely disappointed in Expedia because I paid them and no real effort was made to assist me.

Everything from the moment I got there was great. The staff to greet me was professional and efficient. My room was in great condition. Common areas were clean as well which I appreciated especially the pool area which I know is commonly dirty at other places.
