A luxurious, spacious and beautiful new modern pool home. 10 bedrooms, all boasting individual private en-suite full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The lush landscape surrounding the property provides a serene and private getaway feel. Inside, the spacious floor plan offers both privacy and opportunities for gathering with your loved ones.
The master suite, located on the second floor, boasts a large spa-like bathroom and his and hers walk-in closets. Enjoy a light-filled formal living room and dining room, or gather in the family room and large kitchen with island. For entertainment, our game-room, located on the first floor, features a pool table and air-hockey as well as a comfortable living room with 70 inch TV perfect for watching movies in the expansive and cozy sofa. Outdoors, relax in the salt-water heated pool.
No need to worry about laundry - we have two laundry rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs for your convenience. Rest easy knowing the home is equipped with hurricane impact argon filled windows and doors for added safety.
Our location is ideal - Close to the University of Miami, Miracle Mile and quick access to Downtown. Whether you`re planning a family vacation or a retreat for a large group, our home offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Come and experience it for yourself! Amazing stay!
This villa is great! Super private and spacious. It had several amenities aside from the pool and close to bars. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was also great. Overall it was an amazing stay. The host was very helpful too

Title pretty much sums it up. Great (salt-water) pool area, plenty of downstairs bedrooms for our elderly in-laws. Game room, dining room is adjacent the kitchen so very easy to enjoy meals with loved ones. Appreciate the 5 Star service Nomade gave us as well; whenever we had any questions they were always quick to respond, pretty much around the clock.

Our Go-To House by UM
Only house we've found that can accommodate all of us right beside University of Miami. We've stayed here 4 times now over the past 2.5 years. Can easily fit the whole family, every bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy the amenities. We always book early when it's graduation or move-in as it books up early. Thanks again for a great stay!
