Experience this Art Deco home with waterfront. Centrally located in Miami, mins away from Miami Beach,Bal Harbour mall, Design district and Wynwood. This luxurious home sleeps up to 10 guests w/ 4 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms & very comfortable sleepers. Absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Estate is fully renovated and elegant and designer furnished. Everything needed to spend the best holidays ever. House has waterfront and ocean access. One of the best and demanding spot in Miami.
The space
Welcome to this beautiful Art-Deco Masterpiece . Fully furnished by miami designers creating a very stylish and artistic vibe. It has a large backyard for entertainment that consists on a large pool, outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture. At night it is well illuminated (pool and backyard).

Master suite has its own balcony that you can take peaceful brunch with the pool view.

Our Art Deco estate comfortably sleeps 10 people and the driveway fits for 2 cars in front of the property. 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathroom estate.

Villa is located at a MULTIMILLION neighborhood estates. Very safe and centrally located here in Miami.

Guest has acces to the entire home, garden, pool , dock, everything.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. NO POOL PARTIES.

Not worth the price

As soon as we walked in our feet were black from the dust. Found a dirty q tip and sheets were dusty. Place was not cleaned properly before we came. No coffee provided no bathroom amenities besides soap. No basic kitchenware for 10 people. The sleeps 10 language is deceptive as one of the “beds” is an old blow up mattress. Two maintenance people came on our property during our stay and one moved our stuff without permission. Pool unheated and cold. the host tried to fix stuff last minute and communicate but it was too late. I paid an insane amount and did not get what I paid for at all.
