We've been staying in the King David building for years, but this was our first time in this apartment. It was perfect for our needs: clean, well-stocked and maintained, comfortable (beds and all), and convenient. The check-in process at the front desk takes 10 minutes or so but is easy, and the staff is extremely friendly. Our host was extremely communicative, responded to messages immediately, and checked in to make sure all was as expected. Our family of four (with children ages 13 and 10) will enthusiastically stay in this unit again if it's available, and recommend it to others as well.

Perfect Location

The condo was exactly as shown in the listing photos. Benjamin and Amparo were very attentive on check in. The staff at the front desk and valet stand were super friendly. The valet service by text worked well. There were grocery carts out luggage trolleys available when needed. Check out was easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and couches were super comfy. There was a partial view of the water from the balcony which was a great spot for coffee in the morning. The gym was clean and we never had a problem getting in the machines we wanted. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was small and a little murky but it was a good spot to relax after a long walk or workout. The best was the beach - an easy walk across the road. The sand was lovely. The waves were wonderful. This was the perfect escape from the snow back home. There are many restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. The traffic on Collins was intense but we didn't need to drive unless we were headed to Spring Training or the Keys. Would certainly stay here again.

Excellent proximity to the beach. Close to Restaurants. Close to Walgreens. Wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. Willing to accommodate requests. Enough space for the whole family. Washer dryer dishwasher. Close to Publix. Very clean. Not missing anything in the house. Great car valet service. The elevators are fast.

Great rental and location

Overall it was a fantastic place. I had three teenage boys and a 7 year old and this was perfect for us. Benjamin and his wife were communicative and great to deal with and the apartment was in an absolutely perfect spot. The pool was easy to access and all four boys loved going to the pool. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to be right near the beach and in the middle of Sunny Isles.

Great home and location!

Condo was very clean and as advertised. We came for the beach and this was located close to several. The owners we super friendly and great communicators. Highly recommend and will look forward to staying here again the next time we come to south Florida!

Benjamin's property is very well located, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and communication with Benjamin was great. We will certainly come back here!!!

Beautiful condo with a lot of space

It was a beautiful space. The owners are amazing they really made sure we were taken care of. I loved the area however it is not directly on the beach it’s a short walk maybe 7-10 min walk and across a busy 4 lane street so we didn’t spend time in the beach like we intended to.
