There was no communication with the host until 4 hours before check-in time and said the place was flooded due to a unit above them. No assistance on finding a new place. Not even sure it was a legit issue as it was Collge championship weekend. Make sure you check it was not rented out to someone else instead.

Our reservation got cancelled just hours before check in on New Years Eve in Downtown Miami with no alternative offered. All the way from NZ for New Years.Very, very disappointed.

The host moved us to another room which was not as described in the property details—it was a small studio instead of a 2 bed 2 bath and the city view was horrible despite the host mentioning a “better view”… and the bathroom had a toilet that barely flushed… I would not recommend staying here
