Our place is located at the beach in Sunny Isles, close to Aventura Mall, walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.


Amazing view from the inside to the beach and the ocean. Full kitchen, Washer + Dryer. Enjoy the amenities of the hotel (Gym, swimming pool at the beach, restaurant), and get around on foot or by car.

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All reservations incur a resort fee of $ 28.- per night plus taxes, which includes the following benefits:

When checking in, it turned out that the owner did not warn us that there was a large construction site right outside the window, and there was no way to contact the owner; it became necessary to check in earlier since we arrived at 5 am and 4 pm it was challenging to sit in the lobby, we tried to contact through your website, but you gave the phone to a completely different person. As a result, we checked in at four. We accepted a deposit of 400 dollars, which, upon check-out, they returned only 107 dollars since we all re-calculated all taxes and expenses. However, this was already included in the payment and paid before. so, a terrible house, a lousy attitude, and a ruined stay
