**Main House (3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms)**

***Living Area:**
An open-concept living room with a spacious sofa provides seating for up to 10 guests, centered around a 75-inch Smart TV perfect for movie nights.

***Gourmet Kitchen:**
Fully equipped with high-end Bosch and Miele appliances, including an induction stove, built-in coffee maker, and dishwasher. The indoor dining area and bar seat 10 guests for shared meals.

***Master Bedroom:**
A serene retreat with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, a Smart TV, and peaceful pool views.

***Bedroom 2:** Features a comfortable queen-size bed and connects to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bathtub.

***Bedroom 3:** A bright room with two twin beds, also connecting to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

**Guest House (1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)**

* **Private Suite:** This self-contained unit includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a full-size sofa bed, a dedicated workspace, and a Smart TV.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the separate guest house, the private backyard, the heated swimming pool, and spa. Enjoy the freedom and privacy of having this luxurious retreat all to yourself.

** Booking Requirements **

All guests must provide a government-issued ID and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. Communication is managed through a secure third-party platform.

** Pet Policy **

Due to severe owner allergies, we have a strict no-pet policy. This includes service or emotional support animals.

** Pool & Hot Tub **

Pool heating is an optional service available for a fee of $50/day, which must be paid prior to arrival. Please allow 24-48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

** Check-in/Out **

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a non-refundable fee, subject to availability and scheduling.

** Family Amenities **

A Pack ’n play/travel crib and a high chair are available for your use.

** Long-Term Stays **

For stays of two weeks or longer, an additional cleaning fee is required. Mid-stay housekeeping services can be arranged.

** Security **

For your safety and protection, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property (front and back). Tampering with these devices will result in a $100 fine.

** Local Wildlife **

This is a tropical environment. You may encounter insects or lizards. Please keep doors closed. Encounters with local wildlife do not qualify for refunds.

** Liability **

Guests assume all risk for any accidents or injuries. The owner and management are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
