The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This Junior Suite accommodates up to 4 guests with two Queen beds set in a single room layout. The private ensuite bathroom offers marble accents, a deep soaking tub, and hot water, along with essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. A hair dryer, shampoo, bed linens, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and room-darkening shades are provided for convenience.



Living and relaxation

Inside, you will find air conditioning, heating, a TV for entertainment, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace. A safe is available to secure your belongings, while home safety is supported with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Kitchen & dining

The suite includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and silverware, a hot water kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. While a full kitchen is not available, these amenities support simple meals and refreshments.



Outdoor and shared amenities

Spend time by the outdoor pool or maintain your routine in the gym. An elevator makes the suite accessible, with building staff available 24 hours a day. Beach essentials are provided for days by the shore, and the resort atmosphere adds to your stay.

The property offers luggage dropoff for early arrivals or late departures, self check-in, and the option for long term stays of 28 days or more.

Located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, the suite sits between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It is minutes from Aventura Mall and the Shoppes at Bal Harbour, and about 12 miles north of South Beach. Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are both within easy reach, making travel convenient.

Guest Access:

There is a daily access fee or resort fee of $135 for the first 2 guests, and $67.50 for each additional guest, for up to maximum 4 guests for this unit. That fee gives the guests access to all the amenities of the resort, that includes Gym, Pool and Beach services. Valet parking is charged separately and is $50/day.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included but can be scheduled for an additional charge.
