Very clean, attentive housekeeping staff, location is blocks away from the beach, restaurants & other neighborhood conveniences; I was mostly on foot for my trip but there’s street parking available, however parking is only free after 6pm until 6am in the area. The Property Rep, Maggy was a pleasure to deal with also, Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach and to the grocery store. Several food options close by. Right across the street you can catch the free Collins shuttle to South Beach or bus 100. The room was clean. There were no amenities at the hotel. The owner was always quick to respond via WhatsApp

The property it self was small and quaint. the room was beautiful. But their was no ocean view. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach but easy walk to. Only down fall was all the codes you have to remember to get in the gate,door and room.

Room was very clean. Communication was very prompt with property. The 2 stars are because the construction was very disruptive- waking us up on the weekends early. And the rooms were very bright - could definitely use blackout curtains. I went home from my vacation exhausted.

Overall, we had a good stay. There weren’t many workers on site after hours, but the host was very quick and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we appreciated. The room was very clean, although it did have a bit of a strange odor. It was bearable, so we didn’t bring it up, but I’m confident it would have been taken care of if we had. There weren’t really any amenities, but the location was great and made it convenient to get around. For the price and location, it was a solid stay.
