PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking at least 4 cars. There is also parking on the street in front of the Home.

Worst nightmare

The property didn’t match the description, it said 4 bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms but it only have 2 bathrooms inside the house and one bathroom outside the house in the patio ,the house was so dirty we couldn’t stayed there with a baby ,dead animals inside the house,bad smell inside ,,feces all ove the patio and the patio furniture , the pool was un-usable ,we contacted the host and she said the pool was going to be clean and then she ghosted us for 2 days,after 2 days she sent a message saying that the house was going to be cleaned,,not even the VRBO customer service agent could reach her , we ended up with no place to stay and no money because the host didn’t took responsibility and neither VRBO ,,DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY AND DONT TRUST VRBO EITHER
