-Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available.
- Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
-Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool
-Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
-Parking Policy: Parking is not included. On-site valet services are available:
° Overnight Valet – $75/day (+$3 gratuity) Includes in-and-out privileges. Payment is required upfront for the entire stay.
° Hourly / Regular Valet – $50 (+$3 gratuity) Standard hourly rate, no in-and-out privileges.
Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved through us for $35/day.
-Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay, the photos are accurate, everything worked (internet, TVs, kitchen), the manager is very prompt with communication and follow up. We enjoyed the river walk and food trucks for coffee and food in the morning.

Wonderful location and support

While the unit was nice and the views were spectactuar, the best part of this rental were the support received from the management team. THEY WERE and ARE AMAZING and super responsive.

The Brickwell

We selected this property for our first visit to rolling loud weekend. The location of the property was wonderful. On the bad side there was no parking included so we had to pay a lot of money for in and out access to the parking garage across the street or wait in long lines for valet. The property manager was great at checking us in.

The property was all that we expected - superb views, large rooms, a very modern kitchen, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Our questions were quickly responded to by mgr services. We did have a temporary outage of wi-fi services for a 24-hour period. It was fixed as promised.

Great unit, spectacular views, fun location

The apartment was well-furnished and very clean as were the building and lobby (lobby does get really busy and crowded). We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and the floors-to-ceiling windows! Kat provided friendly and excellent service. Would be happy to recommend and return here. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The views very beautiful ! We spent a lot of time on balcony watching the boats. Bed very comfy. only thing negative would be condo could be updated a little more. Couch was uncomfortable and something had take shine off counter tops. But saying that we would stay there again

Perfekte Unterkunft in Miami

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem Apartment verbracht. Von der Buchung des Apartments bis zu unserer Abreise hatten wir einen unkomplizierten und vorbildlichen Kontakt zu den Vermieterinnen. Diese haben uns beim Check-In in Empfangen genommen und angemeldet, sowie uns ins Apartment begleitete und uns alles erklärt. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und lag im 42. Stock, mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Die Wohnanlage bietet ein sehr gut ausgestattet Fitnessstudio und ein tolles Pooldeck. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage des Apartments kann man Miami Downtown sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden und selbst nach Little Havana ist es nicht weit. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment.
