***While the neighborhood is quiet and safe, please note there is an abandoned building across the street currently awaiting redevelopment — a sign of the area's growth and change. Despite this, the home provides a serene environment just minutes from key areas like Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom villa. This includes all three private bedrooms, a full bathroom, comfortable living space perfect for relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances and essential cookware. Guests are also welcome to utilize the in-unit laundry facilities for their convenience, however laundry supplies are not provided. Please be aware that the backyard is a shared space with other potential residents or guests in the studio unit. Although the studio is located at the back of the home, it has no access to the areas designated for your use, nor does it have access to the interior of the villa.

Getting around from our centrally located home is a breeze! Public transportation options include nearby bus routes along major thoroughfares, offering convenient access to various parts of Miami. For those arriving by air, Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. We offer free parking on the premises and free street parking, making it easy for you to explore the city by car. Travel times to key destinations vary depending on traffic, but you'll find that our location provides a great base for exploring everything Miami has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
**Shared Thermostat Disclosure**
The thermostat is locked from 70-75 degrees in order to protect the HVAC system. The system will be set to 72 degrees as a standard. Please do not turn off the HVAC at any time.

We offer self-check-in via smart locks for flexibility and ease. While we don’t live on the property, we’re always available by phone or message should you need anything — from help during your stay to local recommendations.
