Upon arrival, we noticed that the TV or the Wi-Fi was not working correctly. It was too late to call Canada to get some assistance so we just went without until the a.m. Unfortunately, then we were locked out of our room when we went to breakfast and had to call Canada to get back into the room. They had to send us new codes and said they are not sure why this happened. Front desk was unable to assist us. Lastly, rooms definitely need a painting, but fairly clean. Definitely not the best experience.

The location is great, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, customer service was bad. I try to communicate with them many times but no one reply until two days before the check in date. I will prefer to book a hotel next time because you can always find someone you can talk to. Also, the bathroom door was broken.
