Fine for a 1-night stay

Did not receive check in information until 45 mins before check in and only because we asked what was going on. Not professional. Arrived late at night and there was a huge truck in the parking spot. Was scary because we were concerned someone was inside. Later found out it was the neighbors vehicle. They moved it about 15 mins after we arrived. Neighborhood seemed nice. Apartment seemed clean but there was a decent amount of mold in the bathroom due to a lot of clear DIY remodeling that was done throughout the place (no bathroom fan, leaking shower spigot, shower water temperatures flipped). Beds weren’t very comfortable. When we got the check in info the owner stated “no toilet paper in the toilet” when I inquired whether that was true or a typo I received no response. When I asked if we could get a late checkout so we could leave our packed luggage to grab lunch before going to our cruise ship, again no response. Not the best experience but doable for a >24hr stay.

1 night before cruise

It might be ok if you are staying with 1 or 2 people. The property is advertised as sleeping 8, we had a group of 8. Definitely did not house 8 comfortably. Not enough seats in living room and only enough beds for 6. The towel rack literally fell off the wall. There was a van in our driveway space and we had 2 cars so we couldn’t park comfortably. There was also not enough towels for everyone to take a shower. They knew we had 8 people coming so there was no reason not to make sure we had enough towels. The area wasn’t awful but not somewhere I would be comfortable bringing young kids. We only needed the 1 night before our cruise so it did its job but I wouldn’t recommend staying there and we probably won’t be back.
