Jane

There was a water leak in our original booking so they moved us to another property. The unit they moved us to also had a problem so fortunately they had another vacant unit at the same property they could move us into and that unit was fine. I liked the prompt response and solution reached. The only downside was that the property they moved us to was not within walking distance of Little Havana. We had to get an Uber but it wasn't too costly.
