Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on two different times in November 2025, the hotel manager is great, friendly and solves any doubt or problem you have 24/7. Stayed in two different rooms and they were exactly the same, same equipment and all. Everything worked fine and felt just like home, truly. Is close to everything you need. Will be staying here on my next vacation.

Modern apartment style hotel with full working kitchen. No views no facilities. Kitchen without dishwasher. Location 5 mins to Aventura mall. Host had good communication, room was modern and spacious. Our apartment floor needed a good wash and mop. Hot water took a while due to the pipe system even after an adjustment to turn up the temperature. A reasonable choice and a comfortable stay if you are self catering.
