Modern Design District Wynwood TH w/Heated Pool

Come enjoy this stylish centrally-located 3BR/2.5BA Townhouse with amazing pool in the heart of Miami. Located just a short walk away from the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown Miami.

Pool heater is available however to run there is a daily rate of $25. The fee must be paid prior to turning it on. Normal pool temperature is range between 83°F and 85°F. In Miami, normal temperatures are reached by the end of March, early April at which point we do not run the heater.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Miami Design Shopping District. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a private pool.
