Beautiful new modern pool home with covered terrace and full outdoor pool bathroom. Lush landscape, spacious floor plan, master suite upstairs with large spa like bathroom, his and hers walk-in closets. 10 bedrooms: 3 downstairs; 7 upstairs. Formal light filled living room, formal dining room, game room with pool table and air hockey and large kitchen with island. Laundry rooms on each floor. Hurricane impact argon filled windows and doors. 2 car garage with plenty of outdoor parking.
Close to the University of Miami, Miracle Mile and quick access to Downtown. Great home for large families, friends or colleagues.
If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host`s sole determination) in the same destination. The Guest agrees to the right of the host to relocate the Guest in such event.

Great birthday
Had an incredible stay! We got off to a bit of a rocky start, but the host made sure to accommodate us and address any and all issues that we had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.
