Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with the Smart TV. Explore nearby restaurants, bars, and waterfront attractions.

Guest Access:

➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.



➤ The guests will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground. Please, make yourself at home!. (Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm).



➤ Assigned parking space available upon proper vehicle registration during your stay.



➤ Please note that although the front desk can provide a parking spot. The parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.



➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.



➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.

I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a hot tub, concierge services, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
