Would give a zero star

The welcome email stating to not flush anything INCLUDING toilet paper in any of the 3 baths?? I’m sorry, what??? I can’t imagine telling your guests to not use the facilities provided, the day of check in! A very large cockroach the moment upon entering was quite offputting. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances. It should also be indicated which tenant should have access to driveway to park or to park in street.
Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2024
