Loved our stay!

Cottage had plenty of room for our family of 3, very comfortable and pleasant, even better than we expected. Beautiful spacious grounds, filled with palms and fruit trees, lovely outdoor eating area. Private and safe with gated entry. Perfect central location for our visit to Miami/Everglades/Keys. Hosts are wonderful, very gracious and responsive. Great communication, lots of helpful local tips. Thank you!!

This home is quiet and comfortable and was in a good location to drive down the Keys or out to both entrances to Everglades National Park. We liked unpacking once and having our base. The owners are very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Lovely Cottage

What a wonderful little cottage tucked away in a quiet area. We were able to drive to the city and then return to the coziness of Homestead, FL. The home was very clean, had all of the necessities and more. Highly recommended if you are looking for homey feel.

Homestead Getaway

My husband & I along with another couple stayed here for a friends wedding. The space was clean, tidy, spacious & functional. It was great to be out of the way of busy Miami however it hasn't too far. We all really enjoyed our stay & if we're ever in the area again, we would love to stay here again. Peggy Sue was an amzing host.

Beautiful cottage and grounds. Hosts couldn't be nicer.

Couldn't be better! Having a washer and dryer was great. The only negative was the distance from town, but worth the drive for a locked and gated facility. I would prefer an 11 am checkout. 10 am was a little on the early side.

Our Homestead home away from home

We spent four nights at this house in Homestead. It's in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the Everglades. The house was clean and had enough amenities in the kitchen for preparing meals. The beds were fairly firm, but comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious. We definitely recommend it to others.

Peggy Sue and Jay greeted us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the cottage. They are such friendly people and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was quite comfortable for our stay, fully stocked with appliances, kitchen supplies, linens, and extra special touches such as bottles of water and even fresh muffins! Highly recommend this property for your stay!

Excellent place to Stay!

Beautiful property inside and out. Very quiet setting. Great location for going to Everglades. You can go into park and skip the city traffic. Extremely clean, cute decorations, well stocked. Our hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed getting to know them a bit. Great and quick communication.

If you're looking for a nice, quiet, safe getaway this is the place. I spent a 3 night weekend at this property with a friend in preparation for a cruise on Sunday out of Miami. It was just perfect. Tha house was clean andcomfortable. Peggy Sue and Jay (hosts)were extra accommodating with our late arrival Thursday night.It was a very nice experience overall, and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful Gem in South Florida

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. We traveled here following a work conference in Miami to explore Florida. The location is top notch- surrounded by farms and lots of tropical trees but close to the convenience of Homestead for food, etc. it’s close to Everglades and keys. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness and hospitality was unmatched. If you are traveling in the area I would recommend them above all other options.

Awesome Stay!

Elderly couple welcomed us with open hearts and gave home tour. We loved the place, greenery and surrounding area, peacocks will greeted us every morning. Host communicated with us with the directions and very promptly responded. I love this place and referred my friends as well. Surprisingly welcomed with home made muffins and tasted yummy.
