The customer service at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately there was little communication about check out. We only stayed one night and our flight was very early in the morning. There was nothing in the room about check out. They communicate by text messages but if you are on airplane mode you don’t get them. Email would have been appreciated. If you have heavy luggage, just note there are no elevators. The room was very small, with a loud window air conditioning system but it was clean. Also because it is a small hotel, if you are coming in from a cruise, they will be full so forget the possibility of an early check in. Regardless of this, I wish I recalled the young lady at the front desk because she was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the communication before and after arriving and departing through the message option on Expedia was very good. I always received communication back quickly. Lastly, the location is walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores.
