Enjoy this gorgeous three bedroom condo at Hyde Beach House Resort. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the third bedroom there are two full beds. Floor to ceiling glass windows in the living room with the possibility of accommodating two passengers on a queen size sofa bed. Fully equipped integrated kitchen with everything you need to make a family meal. Second full bathroom.Washer and Dryer inside the unit, iron board and hair dryers included.
Hyde Beach House applies mandatory resort amenities fees to all reservations. These charges are not included in the room price. Charges may change between the time you booked and the date you check-in.

$42 +tax per day
7 to 29 days : $15 nightly or $105 weekly
30 + days: $9.33 nightly or $280 monthly

Resort Fees- per day per apartment
$40 +tax per day

The 6th Floor Pool Is Amazing

Great property right in the heart of the action. The beach is across the street, so it's a short walk, but you have access to umbrellas and chairs through your rental with Hyde Beach House. Three bedrooms and comfortable beds. It is a little tight in the kitchen/living room area due to a preparation island, but the fridge is large with a large freezer area. Balcony faces west so great sunset views along the Intercoastal Waterway. There is a second pool on first floor that is generally unoccupied. The sixth floor pool is where the action is and goes to 5' depth. Long enough to get some exercise swimming laps, but get there early as the pool is very popular. Hot tub could fit 15 people and is popular as well. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, though the elevators were a bit slow. Be prepared to wear your COVID mask and blue wristband in all common areas. They were serious about enforcing these rules with plenty of security guards present. Great location and building.

The person who cleans did not do a good job. It is not located directly on the beach. No towels provided for the pool. And the bathroom smelled like urine.
