Cheaply decorated - noisy construction

1. Furniture very cheap- be careful sitting in chairs2. 2 bathrooms ?? NO 1.5- no shower in half bath. 3. Everything was cheaply fixed ( toilet seat on crooked and you stand and push the handle with all your strength)4. I understand building is old. The paint job was done by a child.5. When asked about construction -was told none!! Well the front of the building was under construction and the drilling on the building was Soo loud at 9am till whenever - I couldn’t even talk to my husband. 6. They tell you to turn the air and lights off when you are not in the room. Haha- so you return from a hot Sunny day and the room is hot!! 7.- our door lock fell apart when we opened it. And had problems with it from the start. Hana was very reactive and got someone there quickly! The door handle lock was not applied by a professional you can tell.. THEN we had plans to go on boat cruise and had to cancel because it went out again. We had the building crew come and help us. 8. The coffee maker is a 5 cup pot. Not even updates. And it was filthy! 9. The soap( from dollar tree) they left us on 2/3 sinks were watered down. Really!! 10. The Balcony has rusted filthy furniture- yes I understand the environmental dust/sand! This was thick filth on the table. 11. I will say it was clean. 12. Great pool with easy access to the beach. 13. Hana was as responsive as she could be. There was nothing she could do to better the place quickly. We have stayed in many Condos thru VRBO.

Great stay

Our stay was amazing. The room had a beautiful view and the beach access was easy to navigate to. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we could have needed for our stay. The complimentary bottle of wine and caramel popcorn was an unexpected touch. The beach wasn't crowded and even though it rained every day (typical Florida weather) we were still able to go to the beach everyday. I definitely recommend and will return again.

Good Choice

the building and apt are kept very clean. good kitchen supplies, lots of towels. the bed linens could be updated and black out drapes are needed in the bedroom for light and sound reduction. owner/ manager was very easy to work with and responsive to questions and any issues. valet parking was good. pool area was very nice and spacious. we would stay there again.
