I have no idea how they got so many good reviews.

Feeling compelled to write this review because of how much the good reviews oversold this property. Dirty property, dirty room, filthy couch, ants and mosquitos. Shower plumbing was installed backwards so hot = cold and I had to call maintenance to figure that out. Water pressure is almost non existent. There's a light in the stairway up to the room but it's only on during the day, not at night. Like what??? Very dark and sketchy. I'll give them credit for the AC being nice and cold, bed being comfy, and the TV working. But I will not ever stay here again and you shouldn't either.

Too expensive for the room you get. Confuse registration. Bed is not very good. No elevator, be ready to move your luggage to second floor by yourself. Overall is ok, clean and good location, but probably around need to be cleaned and updated

Would not recommend. The room I had looked nothing like what is shown online. Flooring missing/coming unattached and dirty, door detached from wall so no deadbolt, and WiFi could not be accessed. No follow up from communication.

Great central location to the beach and great restaurants, love how quiet the property is. We got the room with a kitchenette this was super helpful. Walgreens is across the street as well. The price is right for the area

We had a lovely stay at the Pantera Rosa Apartment Hotel. The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk from the beach, surrounded by amazing food options and vibrant local culture. We especially liked that the suite had a cute, well-equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, and utensils it made it easy to prepare simple meals. The only downside was the bed, which was quite uncomfortable it sloped noticeably in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. With a better mattress, this place would be perfect.

Great location for the price. Hotel was clean and spacious and the best thing was that we didn’t have to check in at the lobby which sometimes is annoying and a waste of time. You can walk everywhere from here. Would stay here again for friends trip
