This was a horrible rental. First let me stsrt off by saying it was clean upon intial entering. But the pics are decieving. This property sit behind a house and they have a broken var on the premises so its not like you have a parking space. The neighborhood is bad. There were feces of sorme sort of animal in the kitchen drawers, Molded shower, no batteries in the remote to watch TV. Broken cabinets, a dog on the premises behind a not so strudy wood fence. The list goes on and on. When i relayed these things to the property owner he never responded although he read the mssage. Then had the aducity to ask if i had checked out still without acknowledgement of the issues. DONT RENT THIS!! AND IF YOU DO DONT SAY YOU WASNT WARNED!!
