The setup is in a residential neighborhood. The owner gives up their parking spot in the driveway. Makes you feel like it's your home, it's quiet and private.We stayed a total of 15 days and will definitely refer people to stay here.

Roger is the BEST host ever!

First off I have to give props to Roger for having great communication and for providing accommodations for our stay. I arrived earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in earlier. He responded to all messages expeditiously. The property is well maintained and the perfect amount of space for my daughter and I to share. The neighborhood is gorgeous and located close to an array of restaurants and local shops. I will definitely stay at Rogers spot again and again.

90th birthday party

This was a wonderful stay for us in Miami for my MIL’s 90th birthday party. So convenient, comfortable, clean and Roger was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place and we will come back again

Weekend Getaway

Clean master suite with kitchenette and private outside entrance. Great for a long weekend of exploring the surrounding Miami area with easy access to main roads. Roger was a very responsive host both before and during my stay-very accommodating.

Neat suit in a nice neighborhood

The suit is clean and comfortable. I had some issues with a little bit of noise, communicated that with the host and the issue was resolved. The host is very responsive and cooperative. Don't plan to do much cooking.
