Peaceful and quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff (Especially Henry and Allison). Everything in walking distance. Good breakfast. Breakfast-room could be bigger ( not a big problem).

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im President Hotel / Villa und gönnten uns dieses Mal ein Penthouse. Ist den recht hohen Aufpreis nicht wert! Im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern mit zwei Kingbetten ist dieses Zimmer recht klein mit nur einem Kingbett, ein stark abgenutztes Sofa, wenig Steckdosen, liegt in der 3. Etage -> die Terrasse ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar: Blick auf das Hotel mit 5 Etagen, diese Gäste haben also vollen Blick auf die Terrasse, starke Küchengerüche kamen an, kein Sonnenschirm, schmutzige Liegen. Das Bad war ok und sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet wie früher gibt es nicht mehr, es wird am Bartresen zugeteilt mit wenig Auswahl. Personal durchweg freundlich.

Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in der selben Preisklasse in South Beach und Strandnähe, ist das Hotel bezüglich Preis/Leistung top. Das Frühstück ist fein, das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein aber sauber und in einem erstaunlich guten Zustand. Das Personal macht einen guten Job. Schade nur, dass Freitag- und Samstagnacht im Gebäude nebenan sehr laut Party ist. Das Fenster liess sich nicht ganz schliessen, so das man das Gefühl hatte praktisch mitten in der Party zu sein.

Très bel établissement, belle chambre mais très mal isolée au plafond, on entend le moindre bruit de chez Les locataires du dessus, impossible de dormir tranquille. Cependant la rue est elle aussi bruyante mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. La piscine est très agréable, le petit dej très bien.
