The room was clean the s,taff was attentive, and the location absolutely fantastic. Having local restaurants like Motek, Prime 112, and The Big Pink close by was a huge plus. The rooms were charming, but the "euro" bathroom greatly disappointed. The lighting was abysmal, makeup application was nearly impossible for my wife, and the shower and shower head were difficult to operate and the water pressure left us unimpressed. If you get the bathrooms fixed and move away from the "save the world" energy and water conservancy motif, we would be back at the Prime Hotel in a heartbeat.

The location was great. One block from the beach. The room was lovely with a balcony it was clean and comfortable. Be VERY CAREFUL IN THE SHOWER. Ask for a rubber mat. It is extremely slippery

Staff was very courteous. Room was spacious, nice balcony, comfy bed. Lighting in room is very dim, and shower floor was very slippery. Floor near balcony door showing damage. Overall, nice stay but those are recommended improvements in our opinion. Wonderful neighbourhood with lovely walking paths along the ocean, and feels safe. Good restaurants and cafes around.

Loved my one night stay at Prime Hotel - the bed was incredibly comfortable, spacious bedroom & bathroom with a gorgeous touch of “welcome” cookies! Prime Hotel is set in a great location in relation to South Beach & good nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again in Miami :)

The lady at reception was so helpful when we arrived at 10 am, arranging to look after our bags and explaining that if our room was available early, she would call to advise. Large balcony room with a huge modern bathroom. Would highly recommend.
