Indulge and relax in this great duplex! Located on a peaceful and quiet st, our inviting home offers a wonderful escape for your Miami adventure. The full kitchen, washer and dryer make it ideal for longer stays. Walking distance to the train station, you'll have easy access to any part of the city. 3 supermarkets are very close, and a 24h convenience store is located on the same street. Try the vibrant Miami scene or savor the laid-back charm of the Grove from our lovely home. Book now! The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the top floor. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. We are a small team working every day but Saturdays. The best way to communicate with us would be through Airbnb messaging. Our townhouse is nestled between the trendy neighborhoods of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables which are know for their natural beauty, with plenty of parks and green spaces to enjoy. Just a couple street down, a newly opened Aldi supermarket is ready to cater to all your grocery needs. Within a short walk, you'll also find the famous Trader Joe's, offering a selection of quality products. Calling all nature enthusiasts! The nearby Coconut Grove Marina is a gateway to Biscayne Bay's sparkling waters. Enjoy boating, paddle boarding, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the marina. Immerse yourself in the vibrant cultural scene! CocoWalk, a bustling hub of chic shops, eclectic restaurants, and lively entertainment, is a short distance away. Discover local galleries and catch a show at one of the theaters in the area. Foodies and shopping enthusiasts will love Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. Uber or Lyft rides are usually there in less than 5mn. You will be able to reach Miami's most popular neighborhood (Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown) within 20mn. We are also next to the Douglas MetroRail station, Miami's elevated train system. It takes under 10 minutes to reach Downtown, saving you the hassle of parking downtown. The MetroRail also offers a direct connection to MIA airport in under 20 minutes. Moreover, it seamlessly connects to the free MetroMover, a transit service loop that covers the entire Downtown area. There is no heating system in the house, as most houses in Miami.
